Job Description:
· Provide overall application support; work closely with end –users to identify, define and resolve issues in the SAP system. This includes trouble shooting the requirement to determine functional defects or business process changes;
· Provide design, configuration and testing in relevant Sap modules
· Communicate with end-users regarding scope requirements, design, and implementation of business processes, operational metrics, and custom reports.
· Coordinate with end – users to plan and execute testing for system upgrades;
· Recommended processes/solutions for routine and user support;
· Track, analyze, and assist in prioritizing application issues and change requests that are entered into the helpdesk support database;
· Escalate technical and non-routine related system problems as directed;
· Facilitate project go-live activities leading to post implementation support;
· Conduct analysis of core operational business processes and recommendation improvements as deemed necessary tp meet end –user requirements/expectations;
· Create documentation for formal training programs, testing material, user instructions, validation plans, and business process flows;
· Conduct business training and presentations as required;
· Regulate user authorization access in SAP system;
· Perform other job related duties as assigned;
The ideal candidate should
Hold Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or equivalent, SAP Certified MM, PP, SD (SCM) will be given preference
Have 3+ years of related experience
Essential Skills:
· Expert in SAP MM, QM, SAP integration, SAP Procurement, SAP PP, SD , SAP ABAP, SAP SCM, SRM, SAP BI Netweaver and SAP MM Project Implementation.
· Strong problem solving ability
· Strong verbal and written communication
· Good in decision making
· Expertise in business process integration across functional areas
