Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist

Relevant Experience:

• Must have Master's degree in Economics, Project Management, Social Sciences or closely related fields.
• Minimum (5) years of experience in monitoring and evaluation and impact assessment.
• Demonstrated experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods, including surveys and focus groups.
• Ability to work in team and have good interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent skills in writing M&E reports inclusive of advanced analysis and data presentation.
• Willing and able to travel to all provinces of Pakistan. 
• Experience of working a donor-funded project will be preferred.

Job Description:

• Support the Project in developing project performance indicators for each level of supply chain as per the approved work plan to gauge the effectiveness and outputs of the project interventions.
• Design surveys and questionnaires, manages field surveys and assessment teams.
• Provide oversight and verification of data collection, compile and analyze data, and prepare progress monitoring reports.
• Undertake, as required and when possible, visit project locations to collect data and/or oversee data collection efforts; conduct periodic field monitoring exercises as per approved M&E visit plans.
• Oversee and advise field M&E Office on information management processes by reviewing data collection efforts, overall data reliability, consistency, and quality.
• Establish standard practices for determining & verifying beneficiaries count.
• Maintain complete record of beneficiaries count in line with acceptable donor regulations.
• Help in the identification, analysis, and synthesis of lessons learned from program implementation and, facilitating the incorporation of those lessons into the activity development cycle.
• Oversee the maintenance of a reporting system to track the progress of assessments and evaluations, including actions emanating from them.
• Produce authentic & reliable input for donor and other progress reports with all back up records.
• Oversee the M&E filing system.
