Scope of Work

  • Assist in on-going IT activities at HO and field offices.
  • Assist in roll out of new software,   hardware & upgradations across HO and field offices.
  • Assist in planned system encryption activities across HO and field offices.
  • Assist in maintaining IT Asset files, and identify and update line manager about the discrepancies found in Asset files.
  • Preventive maintenance of IT equipment as per the standard procedures.
  • Imaging/ Ghosting Operating system on laptops and desktops as per the organization’s standards.
  • Assist in Maintenance of the IT Assets/inventory register
  • Assist staff in printing, scanning and word processing tasks.
  • Maintaining list of ongoing tasks and updating their progress from time to time.
  • Preparing retired or non-working asset lists
  • Supporting in dealing with  IT issues in field and head office
  • Preparing and updating IT records and filing
  • Filing, documentation, printing and scanning
  • Any other task assigned by the ICT Coordinator
  • Providing help and support in on-going ICT activities in HO, field Offices or staff house
  • Support and maintenance of IP cameras, Ups and Printers
  • Troubleshooting network devices, laptops, desktops, switches, printers, access points etc.
  • Above list is however not the exhaustive list of tasks that IT Intern is supposed to perform, however it also includes any duties or tasks assigned by the line manager during the time of internship period.

  • On job training will be provided to the intern

Terms & Conditions

  • Intern will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs 13,000/ month
  • He / She will be entitled to 2 days sick leave and 6 annual leaves during the internship period
  • Intern will be required to work 40 hrs/week from Monday to Friday
  • Lunch will be provided without any charges during working days
  • Observe all applicable rules, regulations, instructions, procedures and directives of the Organization
  • Unless authorized by the appropriate authority, the Intern will not share any information with the media or to any institution, person, Government or any other external source which has become known to them
  • ORGANIZATION accepts no responsibility for the medical / life insurance of the intern or costs arising from accidents and illness incurred during an internship  
  • ORGANIZATION is not responsible for any claims by any parties where the loss of or damage to their property, death or personal injury was caused by the actions or omission of action by the intern during his/her internship 

Expected outcome for intern

  • Intern will be able to deal with IT help desk issues
  • Will learn time management, multi-tasking , problem solving and analytical skills
  • Will learn to operate many networked devices, IP cameras and bio metric devices
  • He / She will learn the about office environment, ethics rules and regulations
