 Job Description:

• Making contact with local communities in the most appropriate forms of organization (in the given situational context).
• Educate, Empower and motivate local communities as per RI objectives.
• Implement and achieve the program activities in the community at that grass root level.
• Training local activists in the basis organized communities and introducing program objectives.
• Providing support for maximum participation of female in project activities (Kitchen gardening).
• Providing support in preparing monthly /quarterly work plan.
• Providing data of field and compilation of data in time.
• Coordinate meetings with CBOs and beneficiaries for smooth implementation of project.
• Submit written reports of every activity to Team Leader or Program Manager.
• Conduct initial meetings in community about Livelihoods project activities.
• Conduct meetings/sessions in community.
• Ensure better participation in the meeting.
• Sensitize community about the project activities and facilitate in establishing UC level committee.
• Assist in Organizing & conducting trainings on Livelihoods activities.
• Ensure documentation of all related activities in soft & hard.
• Participate in project related meetings/trainings/workshops and ensure timely trainings arrangement.
• Ensure Documentation of all Activities of the Project.
• Keep every activity documented in soft and hard and Maintain documentation files of the activities.
• Ensure timely submission of weekly/monthly work plans.
• Any other duty (related to program or support functions) assigned by supervisor or management.
